Warren guides clients to successful transaction outcomes by providing dedicated and holistic project leadership throughout the entire engagement. He has spent his entire career working exclusively on M&A advisory and private capital raising for privately-held companies, helping dozens of owner-managers reach their goals. Prior to joining Bigelow, Warren worked at The Presidio Group, a San Francisco-based boutique financial advisory firm focused on investment banking, private equity, and wealth management services to entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses.
Warren graduated from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a Master of Business Administration and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

What was your first job?
My first job was a newspaper delivery route covering my childhood neighborhood. At age 12 this taught me a lot about responsibility, waking before the sunrise, and never using the weather as an excuse.

If you could possess one super-human power, what would it be?
Unquestionably flying, simply for the unlimited freedom and perspective one would gain from being able to soar above the earth under your own power.
-
What risk in your life are you happy that you took?
Attending graduate school. While a difficult financial, professional, and social decision at the time, it ultimately led me down a path that has been beneficial across all aspects of my life.

The talent I would most like to have is…?
Playing a musical instrument. I was tormented as a child by playing in the school band – I look back now wishing I had the foresight to see the long term and stick with it.
