Senior Client Experience Lead

Sophie is the embodiment of the Bigelow experience. She anticipates what our clients need before they ask and delivers it with care, elegance, and lightning-fast execution.

Sophie ensures every client has a direct contact for anything they may need throughout all aspects of the engagement—from proposal to closing. Her specific responsibilities include the creation of all client-related presentations and materials, managing communications and logistics, maintaining databases and legal files, and supporting closing activities and special events.

Sophie has spent most of her career in client-facing roles across the Client Services and hospitality industries, driven by her passion for delivering what we call “Client Delight.” She is a key architect of the “Bigelow Experience Monopoly” and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that experience is delivered consistently and intentionally.

Prior to Bigelow, she was a Sales & Education Manager at Caudalie USA.

Sophie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Charleston in Art History and French.

    I was the “head elf” at a Christmas tree farm!

  • What is your greatest fear?

    Snakes and being underestimated.

  • What is your best habit?

    I prioritize self-care.

  • What risk in your life are you happy that you took?

    I have moved many times, mostly always spontaneously or without planning far in advance. Each move brought me to places where I knew no one and as a result I am lucky enough to have created communities and found the feeling of “home” in many places independently.
