Paula is an integral part of Bigelow’s internal operations. Her responsibilities include office management, oversight of day-to-day issues with IT and other technology, financial and broker-dealer compliance support, accounting, and special event planning and execution.
Paula earned an Associate’s degree in Executive Secretarial Science from Johnson & Wales University.
Prior to joining Bigelow, Paula was a stay-at-home parent and caretaker to her own parents. Previously, she was employed for 12 years as an Executive Assistant in Corporate Development at Fisher Scientific International Inc., and Latona Associates LLC, providing all aspects of administrative support to the mergers and acquisitions team.

What was your first job?
Osco Drug, Clerk in Camera Department. I have a love of photography and working with the public. I truly enjoyed my first job.

What do you love most about EOMs?
I love to hear the backstory of how the company first got started. All the early blood, sweat, and tears moments / the struggle to get to where they are now. The EOMs are truly a unique breed of people – their commitment is amazing.

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don't know about?
I LOVE interior decorating. This is my creative outlet. I find joy in the hunt of sourcing products for the look I’m after. In my next life, I will be an interior designer.

If you could possess one super-human power, what would it be?
Make people tell the truth, get along, and be happy. Too many unhappy, unethical, and war-torn people in the world. We are on this planet for a short time, we need to make the most of it.
