  • What was your first job?

My first job was quality control for my mother’s promotional products business. My younger brother and I carefully examined thousands of items—pens, laser pointers, hats, pins, and other gadgets—to ensure that logos were correctly imprinted, and that each product worked properly. To keep things engaging, we turned the inspection process into a competition, timing ourselves to see how quickly we could inspect batches of 100 products with flawless accuracy.

  • Favorite subject in school / high school?

My favorite subject in school was statistics. I’ve always enjoyed uncovering patterns, drawing insightful conclusions, and weaving together stories from what might initially seem like random numbers. The ability to make sense of data and reveal underlying trends fascinated me and sparked my passion for helping EOMs tell their stories through numbers.

  • What do you love most about EOMs?

Growing up in a family where both my parents were entrepreneurs, I’ve had a front-row seat to the grit, resilience, and passion essential for success in business. This experience has deepened my respect for EOMs, who invest their hearts and souls into pursuing their dreams and delivering value to customers and communities worldwide.

On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me waking up at 5 a.m. for a run with my dog around the neighborhood parks, preparing a hearty breakfast of eggs, bacon and waffles for my wife and me, followed by a session at the range to dial in the golf swing.
