As part of this transaction, RMS received an equity investment that more than doubled its capital base, with Eos purchasing a minority equity stake in the Company. This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by Bigelow LLC on behalf of RMS to proactively seek out the “Next Best Investor” for the Company.
