EnerSys (NYSE:ENS) is the global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by Bigelow LLC.
Bren-Tronics based in Commack, New York has earned the reputation of innovation since it was founded in 1973 by Leo Brenna, a Vietnam-era veteran of the United States Army. Bren-Tronics provides solutions for dismounted soldiers systems, unmanned vehicles, directed energy, robotics, and high-energy applications.
