SeQuential, headquartered in Portland, Oregon, is a fully-integrated renewable energy company that markets finished biodiesel products throughout the West coast. SeQuential's mission is to build a better energy model that puts people, community, and the environment first. This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by Bigelow LLC to proactively seek out the next owner of SeQuential who will support its continuing growth plans.
Since 2008, SeQuential (www.choosesq.com) has collected and turned used cooking oil, fats, and grease into renewable biodiesel. SeQuential collects from restaurants, universities, stadiums, zoos, and food processors throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. The company also provides professional line-jetting and grease-trap-cleaning services. From its Salem, Oregon facility, SeQuential is also a BQ-9000-certified biodiesel producer and marketer, offering one of the lowest carbon fuels available. The Company delivers biodiesel directly to schools, municipalities, farms and delivery fleets to power their trucks, buses, and machinery. To date, SeQuential has produced 50 million gallons of biodiesel.
