Dunn Industries, Inc. announced that it has been acquired by Tekni-Plex, Inc., a global manufacturer of highly engineered products, components, and materials. Dunn will continue to produce its custom medical tubing and mandrel extrusions at its manufacturing facility located in Manchester, New Hampshire. Going forward, it will be known as Dunn Industries, a Tekni-Plex business, with Dunn's former president, Duane D. Dunn, as its general manager. This is the successful culmination of an initiative led by Bigelow to proactively seek the next owner of Dunn Industries.
Dunn (www.dunnindustries.com), founded in 1987, is a leading manufacturer of high quality, close tolerance custom plastic tubing for the medical device market. Dunn has expertise in a wide range of thermoplastic materials and offers both standard and custom-engineered tubing solutions.
