Dan’s keynote cracked open our assumptions about how we predict—and mispredict—what will bring us joy, satisfaction, and meaning. His message was clear: the freedom we long for doesn’t come from certainty, but from intentional awareness.

On Friday, that message took tangible form with the official launch of INTENTION: Unlocking the Lifeforce Inside High-Performing Entrepreneurs. Author Pete Worrell walked us through the purpose behind the book—and how it connects to years of conversations and discoveries made at this very Forum. The morning culminated in an EOM Panel on awakening personal, professional, and philanthropic purpose, followed by an intimate discussion about preparation and dedication with a second panel of EOM co-founders in the stages of preparing for a capital gain event.
