This acquisition connects the leading home health aide business in Massachusetts with a national home health leader in Medicare-certified skilled nursing and hospice. This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by Bigelow LLC on behalf of AHC to proactively seek out the best new owner for the Company.
