ARD, Inc., a leading global provider of technical and advisory consulting services, announced that it has been acquired by Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ-TTEK), Pasadena, CA. The terms are not disclosed. Tetra Tech is a worldwide provider of specialized management consulting and technical services in the areas of resource management and infrastructure. ARD, based in Burlington, VT, will become Tetra Tech’s business unit focused on the international markets targeted by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
